Due to human error, errors in transmission, or other factors outside of our control we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is always 100% accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, we shall at our sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from our website are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion, but we will not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on any other websites.
Audio HQ and the MT Audio Group Inc is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, we make our best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately, there are issues, although infrequent, that could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations, pricing, and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. We rely on the manufacturers and our partners to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, we will not be held responsible for product revision changes.

Ordering and Payment Methods:
Audio HQ will accept orders at any time through the online Exchange cart system and we accept all payment types associated with the Exchange website. You may call us at 618-795-1333 during normal business hours (U.S. Central time) if you need to discuss alternative payment options. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed. We strive to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it during our normal business hours, but If a product is not in our stock, we will immediately order that product from the manufacturer or distributor and update you via email on expected ETA. This usually will be within 2 to 3 weeks, but due to the nature of the industry and bespoke manufacturing of some items, this time could be extended. If the time for delivery is not satisfactory, you must contact us at info@richsrecordemporium.com or via phone at 618-795-1333 and we will refund your purchase or help you find an alternative product as long as we have not previously received the product from your original order and shipped it.
Shipping:
We will ship your item via our chosen shipping agent the same day your order is processed before 3:00 p.m. CST, and when stock is available. We will ship your items free of charge to a Continental U.S. address when your total order equals $100 or more, except when an item is specifically designated as ineligible for free shipping. This may be true for some large items that require freight shipping and will be charged at the rate we incur. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. If for any reason you request a different shipping method, the free shipping offer does not apply and you will be responsible for all shipping costs and fees. We reserve the right to change or cancel the free shipping promotion at any time.
Returns:
You may return an item to us within 30 days of purchase and receive credit for another item(s) or a refund of the original purchase price (minus any restocking, shipping, or other fees). For all returns, you must obtain an RMA# from us before shipping. We will not accept any return shipments that do not include an RMA#. You may obtain an RMA# by emailing info@richsrecordemporium.com, service@richsrecordemporium.com, or calling us at 618-795-1333. In your request, please be sure to include your original order information and the reason for the return. All returns must be in as new condition as they were shipped to you including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and transaction costs incurred.
All policies may be revised or updated at any time at our sole discretion and without prior notification.
