Are you a real record and audio store, or just another online e-tailer?

We are a real brick & mortar retailer in the greater St. Louis “Metro East” that just happens to have a very robust web presence. We have both so that we can help as many people in as many places as we can!

So, can I call you for advice?

Heck yes! We love talking to our customers and helping them to build the system that fits their lifestyle and goals as well as helping them to find the music they love to listen to. Give us a call at 618-795-1333

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do, for any order that equals $100 or more. there are some exceptions for bigger items that require freight shipping or some orders on vinyl that include multiple copies that exceed our regular costs. We’ll always try to make sure that we flag that for you or let you know ahead of time.

What if I don’t like what I ordered?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all new items that we sell. Of course, if there’s a warranty issue, we’ll help with that, but if you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your order, we’ll take the item back and issue a full refund to you. See our policies for the details.

How soon will I receive my order?

Generally, orders shipped directly from our stock will reach most U.S. location within 5 to 10 days. There are always exceptions, of course, but we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. If we should need to order an item from one of our partners, we’ll let you know and try to get you an ETA as soon as we can.

Do tubes sound better than solid state, do cables make a difference, do big speakers always sound better than small speakers, does vinyl really sound better than digital?

Sometimes, usually, not always, almost always!

Who the heck is Rich?

Rich Faigle was one of the founders of our business and had years of experience and knowledge in both music and audio. Rich has since gone to be with his maker, and we miss him, but we kept the name to honor his memory and dedication to providing people with great music to enrich their lives… and we already had it all over the signs, too!
